CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA
- 12" thin crust pizza
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup thinly sliced Portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Spread Alfredo sauce on the crust
- Evenly cover the pizza with chicken, mushrooms, spinach, and mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until it's to your liking, and serve!
